Marta is our Senior SEO Manager, bringing more than 14 years of experience in digital marketing and specialised in SEO and digital strategy.

Bilingual in Spanish and English, she had worked across the US and UK giving her a unique & global perspective on digital marketing. Always on top of the latest digital trends, Marta has played a key role in helping brands grow their organic online presence across various industries in agency and corporate environments.

Fun Fact: Marta proudly calls the beautiful city of San Sebastián her home. When not working, you’ll probably find her walking along the beach or enjoying some delicious pintxos – two of her favourite things about her hometown.

Daisy is our Marketing Project Manager, bringing over 8 years of experience in marketing and project management, having worked in both corporate settings and creative agencies across various sectors.

Specialising in campaign management, brand development, and client relations, Daisy is dedicated to guiding your project from start to finish at MiSmile Media.

She ensures everything runs smoothly with her passion for spreadsheets and timing plans, always striving to deliver exceptional marketing results.

Fun Fact: Daisy is a qualified Zumba instructor and can regular be found playing netball, hiking in the Lake District, and reading a good book.

Tim is our Senior Creative Designer, bringing over 15 years of agency and freelance experience to create visually impactful brand experiences.

Having worked across sectors like charities, education, and hospitality, he’s passionate about design that inspires change. Tim pushes the boundaries of dental marketing with innovative ideas that grab attention, while always staying purposeful.

Fun fact: if not behind a desk or furiously doodling, Tim enjoys getting to the mountains whenever he can with his dog and tent in tow. He also plays the drums, and once played with Ocean Colour Scene at a wedding, (not on tour unfortunately).

Rahil is our Marketing Manager, at 24 he is the youngest member of the MiSmile Media team and one of the youngest professionals in dental marketing. With both undergraduate and Master’s degrees in marketing and a lifelong connection to the dental industry, he brings a digital-first approach to branding.

 Rahil helps dental practices build thriving brands through strategic storytelling, personal branding, and digital marketing.

He believes the future of dental marketing is about being remembered, with content and personal branding driving success.

Fun fact: Outside of work, you’ll likely find Rahil at a dental industry event (or afterparty), pushing for his skydiving license, or at Old Trafford watching Manchester United.

Emily is our Social Media Executive, with over five years of experience in the social media industry, Emily has worked across B2B, B2C, and SaaS, helping brands establish a strong online presence through authentic storytelling and strategic content creation. Specialising in organic social media, she excels at building engaged online communities, increasing brand awareness, and driving meaningful interactions.

She thrives on creativity, whether it’s crafting compelling captions, designing eye-catching visuals, or developing social strategies that truly resonate with audiences.

Fun fact: Emily is a proud sausage dog mom! Her beloved pup, Richmond, is always by her side.

Michael is our Non-Executive Director and has spent 15 years helping international brands achieve consistent and predictable growth.

At MiSmile Media, Michael works with us to develop leading marketing and growth initiatives that can benefit our dental practices, leaning on his previous experience in scaling brands such as Nintendo, Emirates & Tik Tok – enabling fast growth.

He believes strongly in aligning marketing with commercial and operational goals & workflows to achieve the maximum impact on overall business growth.

Fun fact: Michael  is an avid football fan, alongside his love for travelling the world.

Ali is our Strategy Director and brings almost 20 years experience marketing Invisalign to consumers on behalf of independent practices, corporate groups, and for the last 10 years, the MiSmile Network. From an agency background, she supports the MiSmile Media Team with process and best practice, ensuring our client experience and final delivery is second to none.

Ali is traditional in her agency approach and strives for transparency, clarity and impeccable communication to sit at the heart of the agency.

Fun fact: Ali is an avid traveller and is proud to say she’s actually been to Timbuktu!

Sandeep is our Founder and CEO. A true master of marketing in the dental space, he has carved a reputation for being the best of the best – and the results show. Not only is he the owner of multiple private dental brands including MiSmile, Smile Stylist and Smmmile, he is also the founder and CEO of the MiSmile Network – the largest Invisalign provider in Europe.

Sitting at the heart of all these brands is a solid, performance-driven marketing strategy and Sandeep takes pride in sharing these strategies and tactics with other practices, helping them achieve their growth ambitions.

Fun fact: When he’s not busy growing dental practices, you’ll find him at the local tennis club defending his league position (or getting to grips with Padel – his new found passion!)
